Once upon a time, Ubiquity was just a side project that evolved out of the Groove Merchant record store in San Francisco. Now the label is considered one of the finest of its kind, featuring the creme de la creme of exotic Latin, hip-hop, rare groove, and electronic beats from Platinum Pied Pipers, Greyboy, Quantic, Ohmega Watts, Shawn Lee's Ping Pong Orchestra, and Francisco Aguabella, to name only a few. Artists are split among several label identities: Ubiquity, Cubop, Greyboy, Luv N' Haight, and Relaxed Records. Their motto is simple: "We release only the music we love."
